Bibliography

In these essays, when I wanted to refer to something (a book, a Wikipedia article, etc.), mostly I did it in the usual way, with a link, but for a few important things I made a little bibliography entry. Unfortunately, the entries weren't all in the same place. Three were in Approximation Quality.

[Hua] Introduction to Number Theory

[CF] Continued fraction
[MC] Markov constant

One was in The Pattern.

[Aigner] Markov's Theorem and 100 Years of the Uniqueness Conjecture

And one was in The Recurrence Relation.

[Olds] Continued Fractions

Now they are all in the same place! Sadly, they lose some of their flavor when removed from their original contexts.
