On SpoilersWhen I was designing this site, one of my goals (a “use case”, if you will) was to provide recommendations of what I consider to be good works. If, for example, you're looking for a good book, you can find a list under the index of works By Rating, Medium, and Type.However, I also wanted to be sure to support my favorite method of avoiding spoilers, which is to know as little as possible about a work in advance. This is the reason that the pages representing the individual works contain nothing beyond the rating except basic factual information. I should warn you, though, that if you follow the backlinks from the works to the essays, you may find things which will act as spoilers. I do try to avoid the worst spoilers, but if the fact that, say, the butler did it is relevant to some argument I want to make, well, what can I do?
