The Physics SyndromeThe meme I want to document here is quite specific: someone who is very good at one thing will often get the mistaken idea that ve is good at other things, or indeed at everything. For lack of a better name, I've chosen to call this the physics syndrome, since it seems to happen most regularly to physicists. (Plus, I'm allowed to pick on physicists, since I was nearly one myself.)
